If the 'charity' spends more in salaries and 'fundraising galas' than it does actually helping people, they should come under scrutiny as a money-making scheme for those in charge, period.

Look at all those supposed 'charities' that Hamptonites give to, they are a freakin' joke. Just a way to write off donations to someone's nephew so he'll never work a day in his life, running a 'charity' that gives less money away than it spends on catering for millionaire soirees.
