84. The speaker rejects the CPI cuts

If the president put CPI on the table and then The speaker took it off the table
can someone explain to me how it's still on the table ?

Paul Ryan suggested that we repeal Obamacare is the repeal of Obamacare on the table ? .... Of course not ,it has zero chance of passing, the same exact chance that the president's budget has.

Of course the Ryan budget wasn't written by a Democrat but nevertheless using this logic, the repeal of Obamacare is on the same exact table that chain CPI is on
