11. The law DOESN'T apply when the recording is made when a party to the meeting records the meeting.

I would bet that someone recorded the meeting who McConnell knew and was invited to the meeting. They were way too comfortable in what they were saying and obviously thought they couldn't be recorded. Where was this meeting held?
