4. They have to account for the Constitution though

They shouldn't have voted for the Republican in their district. They gave the House to the Republicans. This shows voters don't want any more change. While they are happy with the President (there may be some crossover voters).

Probably scared by Obamacare and don't want any other changes, as a result, Republican house and not-filibuster proof Senate. Once they realize it is not the great bogeyman, they may relax and finally keep the Republicans out of power.
