15. By 1939 things were during around in a big way

which was 1 year into FDR's third term.

I don't thing we will see a huge turnaround this year as a result of Obama's policies. A number of banks could take another dump... Obama doesn't want to go after them because they are too big too prosecute. Obama doesn't sound very FDRish to me.
