1. When the exception of Biden and Clinton who are no longer in the Senate, couldn't those Senators

who voted to change the bankrtupcy laws so that student loans could not be discharged in bankrupcty, (even when jobs have been sent to foreign countries), change the law back to the way it was?

What's keeping the Senators and Representatives from doing that?
