Anne Frank's stepsister Eva Schloss has been describing how she survived the Auschwitz concentration camp, "The human spirit is amazing, hope is amazing - I was one of the few lucky ones".
She told BBC World's Stephen Sackur how her mother went on to marry Anne's father Otto and how he helped her to overcome her bitterness at the world.
Talking about her new memoir After Auschwitz: A Story of Heartbreak and Survival, she described how she also felt a sort of jealousy at the attention focused on her dead stepsister.

Polish Holocaust survivor, Sabina Miller, has described how she hid in the woods to escape from German soldiers during the Second World War.
"At night we went out to beg for food... It's a miracle I survived," she told the BBC.
Services to remember the millions of Jews and others killed during the Holocaust have been taking place across the UK, as part of Holocaust Memorial Day.
