Two-thirds of Americans are for:

- Raising taxes on the wealthy
- Medicare for all
- Raising the minimum wage
- Protecting unions
- Holding bankers accountable

And so forth.

The "middle" sought by Third Way types isn't the moderate middle - it's far to the right of America's values, jus a little to the left of the farther-right Republicans.
