What you indicate is true for both/any/all sexes/genders.

The general rule, in fact includes male-male, female-female, female-male, female-transgender, and ALL other possible combinations.

--Listen to receive.

--Be interested in what they have to say, and mean it.

--Build on what you hear from the other party.

--Let go of any agenda.

--Be in the moment.

--Serve the scene, which is making sure that positive memories are being made.

There's a lot of research on this, great research, it's not a contest.

It's not a man woman thing, MM. It's a Human Being thing.
