Move on to someone else.
If you fail repeatedly (and I can't stress the importance of this enough), get a platonic female friend to give you an honest appraisal of how you come off in social situations.
It may bruise your ego, but it's extremely valuable.
And it may just be the case that you're difficult to match.
I've seen plenty of couples for whom the comment, "They each found the only other person in the world who could put up with their quirks" is extremely apt.
