MO-GOV: PPP has Dem. Gov. Jay Nixon up big for reelection

4. If I didn't KNOW Nixon was running again, I'd think there was only one candidate for governor:

Dave Spence. In fact, I have not seen anything but commercials for Republicans and Republican interests. I've seen Bruner, who is running against McCaskill with ads that suggest that President Obama and Claire McCaskill are the only two people who are in the US government. Bruner ads are rarer right now, but were running two or three times during the news (5:00-6:30 PM). Not one single, solitary commercial from Claire McCaskill to be seen. Right now, there are two or three Dave Spence commercials running during that slot, and not one single solitary commercial from Jay Nixon. I know this is conservative SW Missouri, but Jay Nixon won vote-rich Greene County last time around. Hell, I wonder sometimes if Missouri even HAS Democrats anymore. If they do, they surely are not fighting very hard. Pathetic.

I'll agree with the sentiment that Jay Nixon is a conservative. It feels like I hardly ever hear a thing from him, and when I do hear something, he seems to be going along with the latest loony mess proposed by the hard-right Wingnuts running the rest of the government.
