Who said Obama wasn't playing Chess? He is forcing them to reveal their true colors before elections while the Dem's as someone said on here, can vote it down. He knew this would happen, at least that is what I am going with. If he didn't do this on their watch, it would continue to be a blame game on the Dem's backs. He called their bluff knowing that his Dem's would never go for it so he is actually taking a hit popularity wise in his last term. I think one day they will pick a part his strategy and I am hoping it will be that it played out like it should have. I am forever an optimist but I could be delusional.
