I have no doubt Gingrich would be singing a different tune if he were flush with cash like Romney is. Or if he had more establishment backing. Or if he had any advantage at all that Romney does. If Newt had 10 Sheldon Adelsons instead of one, it would be a different story.

This is pretty much sour grapes. Newt feels that he deserves the nomination. That's not unusual of course. Most candidates tend to feel they deserve to win, or else they wouldn't be running. The funny part comes when they start losing because it's always somebody else's fault.

Despite all of the Romney's money, I don't think that's the main reason Newt's losing (though it does help). Newt's biggest problem is the same as it was when he entered the race. He's Newt Gingrich. People just aren't going to rally around him, no matter how much he thinks they should.
