Professionals wouldn't be so visible. Professionals wouldn't wear identifiable items like the backwards white cap, which allows one to pick him out of every damn pic taken that day. Professionals don't get seen dropping packages. Professionals bomb the place when the actual race leaders are finishing. These guys are a pair, folie-a-deux types, Modern day Leopold and Loeb. Probably rich, smart, well educated.

They act cool because they're sociopaths, not professionals.
