Is it just me, or has the GOP just COMPLETELY gone crazy? [View all]

I am checking threads all up and down the GD and the Politics 2012 board and it really looks like the GOP has just gone insane. The stuff they are sending to the governor in Virginia, the candidates they are pushing forward, SGK, the police response to OWS...it's like what passes for conservatives in this country have gone rabid.

And is this a good thing or a bad thing for liberals/progressives??
