W. lost around 4,000 US civilians on 9-11 and he was warned several times about an imminent attack. Flight instructors at flight schools where the 9-11 hijackers trained called the FBI about them but it was ignored.

The FBI has clearly said there was no chatter or warning about the Boston bombings. Not much Obama could have done - more than the continued surveillance of all US citizens and all of our voice and electronic communications for warnings that we all know the NSA is already doing.

I don't see how, without a warning, Obama and the feds could have inserted themselves into the security of the Boston Marathon and prevented these attacks.
