26. There is a strong presence of Russian (not sure about ethnic groups) organized crime

along the east coast. I can attest to the huge influx of Russians in the DC metro area and have posted several times about their obnoxious behavior toward American citizens of color who were born here and whose families roots go back to original colonies. Yet these immigrants, with their new found freedom of expression tend to treat citizens of color (Latinos, blacks, African-American etc. with disdain and outright rudeness. You can judge for yourselves by listening to the Tsarnaev family that have been interviewed during this terrorist episode. They even have outright disdain for American law enforcement and others. I am not one who supports collective degrading of groups of people but I am speaking from life experiences among these immigrants (Serbian, Croation, Chechen, whatever.) They seem to have more of a chip on their shoulder than other immigrants. Perhaps it is because of the brutality with which they, themselves have been treated in their own countries but it seems a very poor way to behave toward the citizens of your host country. I have grandchildren who attend elementary school with several children from ethnic groups and they all get along just fine but the parents are pretty obnoxious to fellow parents and their children. Maybe it's just the group that have immigrated to this area?
