At first I heard that a women saw blood in her yard and called the police. Then I heard that a man had seen blood on the tarp and went to investigate. He lifted the tarp and saw him lying in the boat. Then I saw someone being interviewed on teevee. He said went into the yard and something looked amiss with the tarp on the boat and he went to fix it. He discovered Jahar while fixing the tarp and then called the police.
