were clearly instituting martial law and just calling it "shelter-in-place".

I've noticed that everyone who has a problem with the police's actions has one thing in common: None of them fucking live in Watertown--or in Boston, for that matter. The BPD should be commended--they showed us what a well-trained, well-funded police force can do. There were no civilian casualties--hell, the only guy that died was one of the suspects.
