If you watch the video, he doesn't have a cell phone in his hand. Furthermore, he does move his finger directly toward his nose.

Now, whether he picked a booger or simply picked the wrong moment to sniff his fingertip, who knows. Just the simple fact that we can imagine Rush mining for nose gold doesn't mean we are hating on him. There are far more valid reasons to dislike Limbaugh...oops, Limbooger.
