Start a national registration. After all so many who wrote their Senators to vote against background checks actually got those Senators to vote against making it a crime to have a national register of gun owners. This would be a good time to create the register since nothing prohibits it.

They also passed up a chance to prevent terrorist from obtaining weapons to come and kill us, way to go, keep it up, you should be proud some Senators voted with the 10%. Now we have a target to aim for in the next election.
