Thank you for the kind words.

What does one say here?

I find my stories from all over the web and the world. I do my best to entertain my fellow DU'ers. And I am honored that you called me out.

Often I am not at a loss for words. Tonight I am finding myself in that position.

But I will try to say something, anything, of intelligence that may...oh hell I dunno, add to the discussion.

We are a community of people. We fight and argue with each other. But in the end we all share some similar values.

I am a dad. 5 kids. Never got to see any grow up. Have one daughter who won't even know who I am until she is 18. Been through hell most of my life but here on DU, I - like you, have found friends who have made my days better at times.

Hell, I got nothing here to try and make you feel better. I am just ranting to be honest at this point.

I have a facebook page where I play music for people. Those who are down, up, somewhere in between. We call it Wolfman Jack Lives on. If I may, allow me to play a few for you....and if they are not appropriate, I apologize. I just don't know how to reply or what to say here - I express myself in music and poetry.
