My guess is that some people over there also like a place to air their homophobic, racist, dominionist hate. I am sure though, as your observation that I quoted, that most of them labor under the stupid notion that they are going to be superrich someday. As for their "freepathons," I don't know how any of them would have a leg to stand on to gripe about it if they do gripe. If the person who runs the site is personally benefiting from it, wingnuts like those at FR seem to condone stealing, mismanagement and other nasty things as long as it is called "capitalism." Honestly, I don't know whether to laugh at or feel sorry for the sheep over there.
