I didn't know your dogs, but I teared up seeing them & knowing how much you miss them..

Yes, it's always the owners & how the dogs are raised.

If enough people want the ban lifted, they need to elect people more carefully, and work to have it overturned.

The breeding of specific traits into/out of dogs is responsible for a LOT of behaviors that can make a breed unpalatable to the general public.
