10. Police state that they recovered a gun, and that it is a Ruger 9mm

Moreover, we learn from this morning's detailed carjacking story that it had a silver appearance.

The only person seemingly in possession of the gun at any time during the hijacking is Tamerlan Tsarnaev, according to this morning's story.

I believe there is video of the brothers approaching Collier's car, and shooting him.

The gun appears to be in police custody.
