If you think opinion expressed on DU is typically absurd and hyperbolic, why do you stick around? There are other places, like the National Review Online and perhaps The New Republic where "serious people" rule and the idea of prosecuting Presidents for conducting optional wars is never seriously entertained. You do want to be considered a "Serious Person", don't you? Seriously.
