It's sickening. The Treasury, our tax money, is raided to pay for the corporations huge markups on war materiels. Then those very same corporations, who use our infrastructure to do their business, avoid paying taxes to help maintain that infrastructure. They've become very good at extracting money from the country without contributing back their fair share. So we all pay through the nose as the bought-and-paid for pols pass pass every law the y can to aid the corps.

They gotta get those campaign contributions, and probably a little on the side under the table.
