tried that crap when they moved out of state. They wanted us to sign a form saying we were giving up our jobs voluntarily - my dad (a lawyer) took one look at the form and started raving. I went to the President's office the next day (we were friendly) and told him I would be telling every single person in the company not to sign the form and why unless they changed it. They changed it.
