And fishing around on the viewer, I've found two properties to the south of them, with their ownership. And, another large house owned by a seemingly unrelated party has extensive parking, which overflows into a WBC property...so this one, Hockenbarger, is most likely in the group also. All that parking indicates alot of people live there in apartment style living, which is a zoning violation.

Anyway, they seem to have established a beachhead to the south of their block as well.
