Cops Beat Down Another Cop's Son. Then Falsify Reports [View all]

This was in Newark, NJ. The kid that took the beating was 15.

Note, at about 1:43, the operator of the surveillance video camera knowlingly stops recording the cop's unnecessary and illegal assault by zooming out and panning the camera to the right.
