for airline workers compared to other workers survive a likely Constitutional challenge?

I think not.

But meanwhile, the FAA gets funded. IMO the Democrats have "folded" just the way President Obama "folded" to get the debt ceiling raised. What Obama got the Rs to agree to turned out not to be tens of Billions in budget cuts, but rather $26 Million in cuts.

Let's face it; Republicans are stupid.
