...how much I agree with this. I see this nonsense all the time. It is fucking ridiculous. It especially bothers me when the honker is in truck, van, or SUV and as a result is sitting high enough to be able to see that the vehicle in front is waiting for pedestrians to cross. WTF!!!! Tickets and additional driver's ed. classes are definitely in order.
