NOT obama himself, his surrogates;
NOT calling republicans racists per se;
and moving beyond the question of whether or not the tactic IS or IS NOT racism.

specifically, at what point does the obama administration get a political advantage out of having some administration official put the meme out there that this chronic obstructionism is actually racist?
