Nolan Keane was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma multiforme, a certain type of brain cancer that unfortunately grows very quickly. He was diagnosed at the age of 24 and has fought hard to beat the odds. Nolan is now 28 years old.

***UPDATE***
We are saddened to say that on April 4, 2013 Nolan passed away next to his beautiful wife and family. I wanted to post up what Morgan had to say:

"At 8:45 this morning my husband and best friend took his last breath while surrounded by family. I am comforted that he is finally at peace since he smiled as he passed on to heaven. He promised to watch over me, the family, and especially the kids -and I know he will hold true to that. I have never felt such horrible pain and sadness but I do know I am so blessed to have such an amazing, strong, and loving angel up there. I have a feeling he is catching up with his grandparents, finally driving, running, and as Kellan says, "playing baseball with Jesus." Nolan, you will always be the love of my life and I know you will be in my heart, soul, and mind forever... every second of every day. I cherish all of the amazing memories we made. I love you SO much ♥"
