70. I had the same response but I think it is in reference to a later time when the marriage broke up.

In other words the marriage broke up later on because of the sexual mores of the time and not because of the lingering effect of the Kennedy affair. I would say the woman whose life it was is in a better position to know - particularly now, when she is much older and can look back with some mature perspective.
