11. Where's the interest?

If you put your overtime money in the bank, it gets interest. They should have to give you an extra day every month on their dime. But this is still a shitty idea. If they fire you, do you get that in pay? They could fire people who have a lot of time racked up, and hire other monkey see monkey do workers, (myself included). When I was working, we would get 6 sick days a year not counting your 2 week vacation time after a years work. I ALWAYS took my 6 sick days. Sick or not. No prize for me for perfect attendance pays you time off from work just for being lazy that day, or had something else to do.
