I have had success with a mixture of water and goats' milk fed through a small animal baby bottle, available in pet stores. The bottle is necessary because even though they can lap up milk, there is the nursing experience that they seem to need to feel contented. Also, for solid food, I use human baby food until they are bigger and able to eat regular cat food. Best of luck. Keep her warm and feed her frequently. They grow amazingly fast at that age.
