New Jersey (my state): Elected Republican Chris Christie as governor. Looks set to reelect him.Maine: Elected Republican Paul LePage as governor
Minnesota: The 6th district has elected and reelected Republican Michelle Bachmann numerous times.
Wisconsin: Elected Republicans Scott Walker as governor and Ron Johnson as US Senator.
Michigan: Elected Republican Rick Snyder as governor.
Ohio: Elected Republican John Kasich as governor.
I could go on...and on...and on. But you get the idea.
So, if -- and I'm merely speculating wildly, here -- if some idiot runs around DU posting flamebait threads directed at southern Democrats, insulting them, flamebaiting them, calling them "stupid" and worse...
