But if there ever was one who needed it, his name is Jon Corzine. He was a Goldman Sachs CEO in a day and age where Wall Street was toxic. He had low approval ratings (IMO Obama should have tapped him for treasury in 09).

There were several Democrats who could have primaried him and won, but with his net worth, everyone was afraid to. Someone else would have beat Christie.
