All this video shows is the reason teachers ought to be paid triple what they're getting now, because of disruptive little shithead students like this guy. The teacher, for her part, reacted in exactly the right way by not being confrontational and escalating his little temper tantrum.

I don't think you have any idea what teachers go through day in and day out, having to deal with students who couldn't care less about learning anything. (And yes, the phrase is "COULDN'T care less", not "COULD care less". Sounds like you need to go back to school).
