What happens if Trump gets charged criminally for the insurrection [View all]

And then Trump pulls out a pardon to himself that he had kept from the public, and the Supreme Court upholds it? He would essentially get away scot free, despite Mitch’s claim that the criminal courts can handle Trump. I certainly hope that is not the case, but I do fear it.
