the crime. Even if they had an argument that caused he to freak out, the minute she slit his throat and went for the gun. Or shot him in the face and then grabbed a knife (to stab him 29 times) it became premeditated when she switched weapons... she decided to take it all the way to murder. Premeditation takes seconds.
