but not now. Feb 1 2015
the GOP is going to try and block him from getting anything done legislatively anyways.
so heres my idea.
being the incumbent president has a lot of advantages in an election.
so Obama resigns on feb 1 2015 in favor of biden.
biden then goes into 2016 as the incumbent with all the advantages
under the constitution since Biden would have served less than 2 years of Obamas term he would still be eligible to serve 2 full terms.
so he could run in 2016 and 2024. and hopefully by then the dems would have such a demographic advantage we wouldnt have much to worry about from teh GOP after that
