I volunteer with The Dallas Resource Center.The one community we have seen a spike in HIV infection is young AA gay and bisexual men.They hear it at church,they hear it on the street...You keep your gay self on the down low.Lesbians in the AA community are much more accepted and open.Unless they move to Oak Lawn(the gay district) they are ostracized by their own community.All communities see this to a degree,but it is profoundly more pronounced here.
