You're saying the Komen Foundation cut funding to Planned Parenthood as a means of deliberately redirecting the national discourse away from eceonomic issues to social issues?

Erm...no.

As the bumper sticker so wisely says, "Shit Happens." Komen fucked up, PP is in the news (which props up the contraception issue), and it'll get its due series of news cycles.

I don't think they planned this, and it, too shall pass.

Your warning is well taken, however.
