rather than just barking orders even more loudly, they met Public Citizen with PR academies; they adopted Winter Soldier and Sanctuary techniques to bring us "Sandinista antisemitism" and Kuwaiti incubator babies; they responded to the CIA investigations with the hilarious "Mitrokhin Archive"
