I once had to X-ray a woman that had
Put a shotgun in her mouth and pulled the trigger. This was pre CT/MRI days and it was for the forensic pathologist to make sure there was nothing else that might have killed her.

It was difficult for me and I had to take a break afterwards. I did many dead folks while working at that hospital as we had the only forensic pathologist for many miles.
I cannot imagine what those poor children are going through.

I am sorry but I have no sympathy for people that do this.
