because Dem leadership would have accepted the verdict (which they did), and then remedy the situation (which they did).

Republicans are the ones who NEVER EVER EVER accept "no" as an answer, and who will move heaven & earth to get their own way......and they will sling mud and scream & holler as they do it. They are perpetual victims and never accept anything as their own "fault".
