...the Dujail Massacre (148 villagers killed), the Barzani Clan Abductions (8k presumed dead), the al-Anfal Campaign (182k dead), the extermination of the Marsh Arabs (as many as 200k?)...and that's just the notable stuff, not even getting into the atrocities of the long Iran-Iraq war, or the doings of his notorious sons.
