Maher had the President of the Council on Foreign Relations on, who was emphasizing the need " to focus on" the country's "entitlements-Medicre and Soc. Sec" which he promised were going to "blow up in our faces in a few years".

Somebody is making sure that Soc. Sec. is being kept in the public eye.

Also, note that The Council on Foreign Relations, along with the Bilderberg Group, are now very public.
15 years ago they were considered the stuff of conspriacy talk.
